In a major milestone for our club, Lysterfield tonight officially turned on our lights at Lakesfield Reserve. Officially opened by Knox Cr Karen Orpin, the lights were jointly funded by Federal Minister for Human Services Alan Tudge, State Members Nick Wakeling and Kim Wells, Knox City Council, and by our own contributions. Many thanks to those listed above, together with Knox City Council's Daniel Clark, and Lysterfield JFC's Kerry Hulston and Don Coulthard. Joining Karen at the opening were Alan Tudge, and from Knox C.C. Daniel Clark, Marco D'Amico and Robert Morton, together with the LJFC committee and club players and their parents. The lights will be an enduring asset for Lysterfield Junior Football Club, and we are grateful to all who made this project possible. Go Wolves!
